When the Bugzilla connector is installed on Java 1.5 p2 fails to provision the javax.xml.stream bundle resulting in a broken install (see bug 341432).

I have work-around it by adding the javax.xml.stream bundle as an explicit dependency to the Bugzilla feature. This fix still needs to be backported to the e_3_7_m_3_5_x branch.
