Build Identifier: 

The following is a proposal for assisting users with using the correct stereotype and providing valid attribute values.

The 'Add Stereotype' dialog should be changed to display a brief description of the selected stereotype in the dialog.  Users should be able to click on the context help button to get the complete help content for the selected stereotype.

Furthermore, the editors should be modified to display the stereotype description when they're selected in the artifact editors.  Please see the attached snapshots for more details.
