I tried to install TPTP serveral times now in fresh downloaded and installed Eclipse 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 versions. The last try today was: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/helios/SR2/eclipse-java-helios-SR2-win32.zip. When I install the TPTP feature (completely/any combination) is always fails stating that there are ton of bundles which are not available in the repository. The documentation states that this does not happen when using the Helios http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios update site, but it does. I'd really like to use TPTP, but for me it seems the dependencies/repositories are not maintained correctly. It seems some specific Eclipse installation (J2EE, whatever) is assumed. I downloaded the Eclipse IDE for Java Developers. Using this installation, from the Help -> Install New Software menu, I used the Helios update site from the drop down list to install everything in the Test and Performance category. After restarting the workbench, the TPTP plug-ins were installed. You may want to try adding the TPTP update site as described in the installation guide of the left navigation of the TPTP home page to complete your installation.
Hi, Yes, that's the solution. You need to add "http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/updates/" in the preference as available update site and enabled it expliticly. I re-installed and verified that I did not need to include the TPTP update site when installing from the Helios update site. I reviewed the wiki page containing the install instructions. I have updated the wiki page to include the Helios release.
