Nicolas, can you have a look at this issue. It is due to one ATL transfromation result without uri. It may be due to recent changes (ATLLaunchHelper...)

I've committed a fix in revision 4216.
I'm waiting for the build to finish on Hudson before marking this bug as fixed.
