Attached are the JSDT changes that reflect the Crossfire protocol changes detailed in http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4108 .  Application of this patch is waiting on the FF/FB server implementation to make the corresponding changes.  The IE server changes have been made.

The patch also removes some attributes that are no longer in the protocol spec, as supporting older versions of Crossfire is not currently required.

These changes have been made over time as we have updated the Crossfire spec. I am closing this bug as fixed.
