Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a b3 aggregator using editor
2. open the same modle using text editor
3. make a modification (even a replace) and save the file
4. back to the editor, got an Exception.

b3 is based on EMF and ecore. If you manipulate the XML manually, then it will become unreadable. There's not much we can do about that.
