Once Buckminster adds support for shared license features (including support for rootfiles), we need to adopt this approach and update the license text for all MDT XSD features.

Here are the necessary changes to make use of the shared license feature (previous attachment). Note that the intent of this patch is to also remove the sourceTemplateFeature and sourceTemplatePlugin folders of the org.eclipse.xsd.sdk-feature project, but since CVS does not support patches for binary files (e.g., the image files that those folders contain), these folder may need to be deleted manually.

The changes are committed to CVS for 2.7.
