Sapphire used to require core.expressions as part of various extension points. The extension system has since been re-written, but sapphire.modeling plugin still declares the dependency on core.expressions and there is a property tester implementation that doesn't appear to be used.

Removed the dependency and unused property tester.

Verified by searching through all Sapphire source and xml for "core.expressions"
