The API baseline is available here: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/mylyn/archive/3.5.0/mylyn-3.5.0-api.zip . Let me know it that doesn't work.

I get the following errors with the new api working with HEAD.

in org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.net/META-INF on MANIFEST.MF

* The major version should be incremented in version 3.5.0.qualifier, since API breakage occurred since version 3.5.0.v20110316-0100
* The re-exported type org.apache.commons.lang.math.IEEE754rUtils has been removed from org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.net_3.5.0
* The re-exported type org.apache.commons.lang.text.ExtendedMessageFormat has been removed from org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.net_3.5.0
* The re-exported type org.apache.commons.lang.text.FormatFactory has been removed from org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.net_3.5.0

can you please update the http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/Contributor_Reference#API_Baseline section to point to the new api and show the older versions to.
