This is related to bug # 306423.   Just documenting some more cases where the dialogs are different.

Base Fact:
The buttons in but # 306423 are now (in Birt 2.6.2) Cancel and then OK



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Case 1:
1.  Double click a "Data" element (Cancel -> OK)
2.  Click "Fx" to open expression builder (OK -> Cancel)
Case 2:
1. Double click Dynamic Text element (OK -> Cancel)
case 3:
1. Preview a report with parameters. Parameter dialog shows (OK->Cancel)
