In the Remote Systems Details view and the Remote Monitor view there are some issues:
-when using drag and drop to move columns around, the columns move but the Customize Table dialog does not reflect the change
-when removing a column and then later re-adding it, sometimes the column width will be 0
-the Customize Table dialog enables OK when no change has been made
