The ConnectHandler does not do half closes properly.
Following the work done for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=340265, the ConnectHandler must be updated to perform half closes properly.

Fixed. Half closes are now supported by the ConnectHandler.
