M6: Create a new empty EMF project.

New File temp.ecore.

-> Exception as Ecore editor open fails; not this problem

Open with OCLinEcore.
Add a package p { class c {}}
Save

Resulting temp.ecore contains text not XMI.

Empty file is now categorized by its potential ResourceFactory and given default initial content.
