The scenario is that upon selection of some objects on the editor the properties view should get refreshed accordingly.

The problem is that when the properties view is placed adjacent to the navigator view on the left hand side of the workbench window the properties view is refreshed correctly

As soon as the view is moved and placed in the bottom of the workbench window the properties view does not refresh.

This problem occurs only on Linux and not on Windows platform
