Build Identifier: 

We need Acceleo runtime feature's artifacts to be in the testing repository. This is mandatory in order to create a Acceleo Compiler Maven Plugin (see bug 340036). I can't do any work on that until those dependencies are present in the repository.

The maven.eclipse.org repository is already up and running.

Aaron Digulla, Alex Blewitt and Dave Carver are managing the repository.
Maybe you can get some hints from them on how to proceed.

Acceleo artifacts and the Acceleo plugin are now hosted on the nexus of the Eclipse Foundation (repo.eclipse.org instead of maven.eclipse.org).
