There are version constraints on some dependencies:
 org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core;bundle-version="[1.0.200,1.2.0)",
 org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.ui;bundle-version="[1.0.200,1.2.0)",
 org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui;bundle-version="[1.1.100,1.3.0)"

that are no longer true with Eclipse 3.7.

It's time to relax those restrictions.
