This is Paraneetharan from India. At the moment we are using Birt 2.3.0 version. One of our client need  CSV  export options, we have find all Birt versions  find only in Birt 2.0.0. We have decided to use 2.0.0 following link http://archive.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php?build=R-R1-2_0_0-200601231141   we are trying to download the birt-rcp-report-designer-2_0_0.zip  (md5),      birt-runtime-2_0_0.zip  (md5) these two file actual size of each file is more than 30 MB bur i got only 5 MB after download completion. Could you please help for this issue.

It seems that directly downloading from the browser may have this issue.
You can try downloading using a download tool, which works for me.

Please consult with webmaster why downloading from the archive directory will lead to this issue?

Archive releases are part of our low priority bandwidth pool, and right now we're running at our bandwidth capacity.  

Download managers or wget are probably the best bet.
