The other features have one included, for instance eclipse_update_120.jpg.  You can copy it from another feature and update your build.properties to include it.

This caused the releng tests to fail.

Can you say where this image is being used?  I'm not sure that it is still needed.

I've update the releng tests to reflect that this file is no longer necessary.
