Version: 4.1.0 Build id: I20110316-1035 Note: I haven't tried this in 3.x so I don't know if it is e4-specific. - I loaded a general project from CVS (/cvsroot/tools/org.eclipse.orbit/junit) - created a new branch - converted the project to a PDE project - opened the Sync view and saw outgoing changes - opened the .project file and added the java nature and build command - when I saved, I had 2 entries for the project in the Sync view... one icon had the Java "J" on the project folder and the other didn't.
I should have noted that I had "view both incoming and outgoing changes" selected. Also when I selected a different filter and then back to "both", it fixed the view.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
