Implemented as DELETE on a clone URI e.g. "http://localhost:8080/git/clone/A".

In bug 339254 I've added a test which checks the number of currently available clones. It turned out that the assertion will always fail because the number of clones increases with each test. They should be purged after each test. This bug will definitely help in doing that.
