A couple of times I was annoyed going through the context menu of every project I'd like to invoke an action. I thought it would be easier if I can just launch an action from within the Outline- and/or Explorer-View of Buckminster (with just a double click).
So I've changed the org.eclipse.buckminster.ui Plug-In to allow this.

What about this enhancement? Would this be a common benefit? Anyway in my next comment I will add my Patch...
