When someone tries to run Orion in an older browser, they just get a cryptic error message. It would be nice to give a nicer page telling them to upgrade their browser. Currently the user just sees something like "localStorage is undefined".

Now that we are using HTML5 canvas, we also need to detect IE8 and warn users to upgrade to IE 9.
