Servers - Properties - Monitoring - Edit
There are ports for configuring. It is not possible to change ports according actual settings. When i.e. port changed, it needed to delete the server and entry it again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change port on server i.e. Tomcat in .../conf/Server.xml: Define a non-SSL HTTP/1.1 Connector on port 8080
    -->
    <Connector port="8087" protocol="HTTP/1.1" 
2. Restart the server
3. Check properties, the ports doesn't changed and the pages are not readable any more.

Workaround: Recreate server definition.
