The diagram node action and drag-n-drop support in the diagram framework need to be re-worked to better align with Sapphire actions API.

This is difficult to verify without a working example. Opened Bug 341518 asking for the sample to be extended to show this functionality. Once sample is available, will verify both bugs.

Closing. The current progress on Bug 341518 is sufficient to consider this verified, although further work on this API is ongoing (tracked by different bug).
