Tooltips for "Debug" & "Run" toolbar buttons do not display. Note that the tooltip for "Run Last Tool" toolbar button is displaying okay.

This works for me on I20111014-1625

Please re-open if this is still a problem for you, including any steps that might be required to reproduce the scenerio.
