"Quick Access" in Eclipse 4.1 un-externalized.

According to a picture I had for Eclipse 4.0 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=177734), this string used to be externalized. Please investigate.

Kit, thanks for the info !! It's really nice to see that someone is looking into the NLS state. How does the rest of the app look ?

BTW, I suspect that the context menu on a view or editor's tab may also be non-NLS...just right click on any tab in a stack and you should see 'Close Others' and 'Close All' ...).

The tab context menus are properly externalized!

From the globalization point of view, the rest of the app looks pretty good. Only a few minor problems here and there. The only major problem I found was the mirroring of the workbench (Bug 340321). I guess bidi supports is the not the high priority right now ;-)

This is a new string we added for bug 304440. We might be able to find another string that says the same thing that's also in 3.x.

The string is still unexternalized in 4.1 I20110608-2201 build.
