The IndexLocation entry is required to get content of a file in index. Since it's missing, Libing is forced to construct the URI for the file content on his own. A bad thing to do.

Fixed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=594132c6650f1f0ef8f453eb3146b2b5f7cf2956 in server and http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.orion.client.git/commit/?id=d8a956c8889161129f74cdff584d8747d630398a in client (sorry about the noise caused by eol change, git bash didn't warn me about that).
