It looks like the 4.1 build succeeded, but 0.11 Integration Build: I20110315-2000 failed.

Build failed accessing the p2 repo for the 4.1 build:
/shared/eclipse/e4/build/e4/org.eclipse.e4.builder/builder/general/customTargets.xml:114: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds/I20110315-2000.

The repo existed on disk, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get the timestamp I20110315-2000 to ask for, there must just have been some lag in the http server picking up the new stuff.

This repo is available locally on the disk at 
/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org, so I will look at changing the scripts to just get the stuff from there.

I have updated the scripts to use a local file URL to get the 4.1 build.  A new build is running soon.
