Description Ian Trimble CLA 2011-03-15 16:49:26 EDT
While fixing bug 330012, a decision had to be made as to what was more appropriate - making components (validators, converters) implicitly provided by JSF 2.0 falsely validate as correct in JSF 1.x contexts, or leaving things as they were and making the components falsely validate as incorrect in JSF 2.0 contexts. I decided to go with making the components valid, but to do this they are also marked valid in JSF 1.x contexts. There was no easy way to build-in version-specific implicit objects at this stage of the release, but we need to provide for it in the future.
