+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #316152 +++

As per bug 316152, the Eclipse Software User Agreement (SUA) text must be updated in all "feature license" files as well as the rootfiles of downloads.

Done, released into 3.3m6:
- Replaced 40 x feature.properties in the Features
- Replaced 40 x license.html in the Features
- Replaced 5 x notice.html in the rootfiles

All occurrences of "April 14" are gone.
