There are un-externalized Manifest.MF and plugin.xml files in EMF Facet (util.emf.core, celleditors, etc.) : see Externalize Strings Wizard

Hi,

I managed to externalize some strings, here is a patch on plug-ins :

- org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.core
- org.eclipse.emf.facet.util.core
- org.eclipse.emf.facet.util.emf.core
- org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.celleditors
- org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.nattable
- org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.nattable.instance

(a) I, Nicolas Guyomar, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
(b) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(c) I contribute the content under the EPL.
