When adding a varargs parameter (or if one is already present), the type of that parameter is not used in the preview.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Trigger "Change Method Signature..." for some method
2. Add a varargs parameter if there is not already one
3. The "Method signature preview" at the bottom does not contain the type of the varargs parameter (even if it is not a new parameter)

Fixed in ChangeSignatureProcessor.
