Description Ricardo Gladwell CLA 2011-03-13 09:32:03 EDT
Steps to follow:

  1. Select Help -> m2e Marketplace
  2. Select Tycho Configurator
  3. Click Finish

Expected: Successfully install Tycho Connector plugin.

Actual: Calculating requirements and dependencies as per normal, but then Marketplace window closes and nothing seems to happen.

Fedora Core 13
Oracle JDK 1.6.0_22
Eclipse Helios Service Release 2 (20110301-1815)
m2e 0.13.0.201103111806

The problem is not limited to m2e-tycho, it looks like installation from m2e marketplace simply does not work. Tried both 3.6.2 and 3.7M5.

It looks like this was caused by the change to open the install window in a without blocking. When the discovery UI returned it was also closing the installer wizard.
