2 simple Eclipse projects that show the issue

Workspace resolution does not work for WAR (Web) projects. It seems to be ok for all other project types. This bug was submitted and closed previously under:

But the bug still manifests itself in the latest builds. 

My environment is: 
SpringSource Tool Suite - Version: 2.5.2.SR1 - Build Id: 201102261000
m2eclipse - 0.12.1.20110112-1712
OS - Windows 7 64 bit
