Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.6

On deleting the launch configuration the error message associated with it is still displayed.

This was not the case in Eclipse 3.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto into Run/Debug configuration
2. Create launch configuration (e.g, Java Application)
3. Give wrong value to some text field so that error message is displayed on the top (e.g., give wrong project name which does not exist).
4. Now select this launch configuration on the left pane and delete it.
5. See the error is still shown in the launch configuration.

This works for me in 4.4. Closing as worksforme, if you can reproduce in 4.4 please reopen.
