Description Arun Thondapu CLA 2011-03-11 12:13:12 EST
Build Identifier: I20110308-2000

The DateTime.getSpokenText() method needs to be rewritten using java.text.DateFormat so that it can be locale-sensitive.
Please see Bug #329291 for more details.

Reproducible: Always

For info, examples that use java.text.DateFormat can be found in bug 19945 comment 9 and possibly other comments and attachments in that bug as well.
