I'm not sure what would make the "source" bundle have two less files, but same qualifier .... but ... should be fixed, soon by retagging (rereleasing) org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.manipulation but, I think a 'source' bundle problem is not worth a respin for our first M build declare. But, if the bundle is not otherwise fixed for nxt week, I suggest it be retagged and re-released to make it distinct and more recent.
