The "Export" command is completely broken. It results in 403 authorization error.

This must have been broken for awhile. Early in M6 I switched directory URLs to have a trailing slash ("/file/A/" for a directory rather than "/file/A"). This broken the path manipulation for generating the ExportLocation link, and in the AuthorizationService.
