Last year we prepared a downloads mirror server for EclipseCON. We want to do the same thing this year.

Please see the cloned bugs above which describe the history.

In essence:

- EMO sets up a downloads server and keeps it in sync with all the downloads
- EMO sets up redirects on download.eclipse.org and update.eclipse.org, and sets up DNS entries for the mirror server
- EMO sets up the server on Sunday before the conference, syncs up all the data and tests redirects

This year, we need two mirrors -- one for the Hyatt, and one for the conference center.  One laptop will be configured my us and brought to the conf center, the other laptop will be leased.

I've ordered two 1TB USB drives since Wayne has commandeered the drive I used last year.
