When the a simple) states in selected in a state machione diagram then the properties tab does not change to show the state properties. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a state machine and add several simple states 
2. now click on different states to see if the properties are shown
3.

Probably fixed. Not able to reproduce the scenario
