After doing this, the label for the commit message should just be "Commit message:" instead of "Enter nonempty commit message :"

If these actions are represented as commands, see 339384.  
For now, this would have to be done manually.

Changed the commit message   at commit cab4a4f762b3ad5dbba4eea977542924acdda351.
The fix was already in before for 339234
