Currently the Crossfire test bundle is not a complete implementation. The first thing we should finish is the implementation of ScriptReference so that all of the breakpoint, evaluation, etc support will start working.

fixed in HEAD, I also implemented the required parts in CFBreakpointRequest to allow bps to be set and cleared.
