To avoid crowding the UI with advanced features if they are not required, we will create a global action set for Indigo.  This action set will be used to manually enable the multi-core features that are available, which probably be:
- pin and clone
- grouping
- multi-process (if needed)

For the next CDT release, we should revisit the UI and try to automate the visibility of features.
