Description Christian CLA 2011-03-08 12:41:42 EST
Build Identifier:

When dragging a dataset into a report it creates a table with one column per dataset column. The data elements placed into the detail table row don't wrap. This is because the whitespace property is explicitly set to no wrap.
In BIRT versions smaller then 2.6 the default was Inherited which makes much more sense. Starting with BIRT 2.6 it s always required to select every single data element to change to whitespace property.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Report with data set
2.Drag data set into report
3.Have a look at whitespace property
