What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Eclipse Helios Service Release 2.
2. Open Help -> 'Install New Software'
3. put the URL 'http://studioupdate.zkoss.org/studio/update/eclipse_3_6' in 'Work With' field.
4. Press Enter.
This works in Eclipse Helios Service Release 1.
