Installing the JSDT plugin from Help->Install New Software, Programming Languages,
and after accepting the EULA neither <Next> or <Finish> are enabled (<Back> and <Cancel> are the only enabled options). The installation can not proceed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Help->Install New Software
2.Programming Languages <Next>
3.Check JavaScript Development Tools <Next>
4.Accept license
5.No enabled <Finish>

re-assigning to Equinox -> p2 component, that is responsible for "Install new Software"

Please try with recent builds as this is working for me.
