According to the EJB 3.1 specification, EJBs can be packaged in a WAR.  In support of this, we need to enable WebDeployableArtifactUtil to understand SessionBeans and MessageDrivenBeans, and pass them along to servertools.

I approve - please make sure you test all version combinations EJB/War with this fix

Committed to R3_2_maintenance and HEAD for WTP 3.2.4 and WTP 3.3.

I tested this with an adopter product, as per Chuck's request.
