In the properties view for a Test Case, there is the field to show whether the parameters for the Test Case are locked or not. The default for this status should be no. When a new Test Case is created, the status in the properties view reads "Yes". In the edit parameters dialog, the parameters are not locked. Changing the locked status and back again does not affect the text in the properties view.

The default for locked parameters is now 'No'. Also in the edit parameters dialog the default is 'No'. Changing the locked status does affect the text in the properties view.
