Build Identifier: 20100917-0705 When I launch eclipse, an unresponsive secure storage password popup appears. I am unable to do anything with eclipse after that. I believe the only passwords I have in the secure storage are for google code svn access. The project is a google code project with local changes. I'm not sure why eclipse is asking for the secure storage password on launch? I have subversive: Subversive SVN Team Provider (Incubation) 0.7.9.I20100512-1900 org.eclipse.team.svn.feature.group Native JavaHL 1.6 Implementation (Optional) 2.2.2.I20100512-1900 org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector.javahl16.feature.group By removing ~/.eclipse/org.eclipse.equinox.security/secure_storage I am able to use eclipse, but cannot perform an svn commit (authorisation failure). Hello, I have the same problem. I use Eclipse Helios M20100909-0800. I have the same subversive install as Ian Wood. I think this popup appears only if the History view is visible at the eclipse launch. I am able to use eclipse again if I remove the file workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.ui.workbench/workbench.xml. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Eclipse 2. Open the view History and click on the button "Link with editor and selection" 3. Open a editor on a file "managed" with SVN 4. Close Eclipse 5. Launch Eclipse 6. Unresponsive secure storage password popup appears and eclipse freezes Regards, Laurent

I think this problem is fixed in newer versions of Subversive. You should try to get a thread dump when the problem occurs. http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/How_to_report_a_deadlock

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. Hi, I no longer concerned with this problem as we now use Git and no longer SVN. For me, this bug can be closed as "Won't fix". Regards, Laurent
