The current implementation will not need direct knowledge from the user to create the reviews storage repository besides the definition of the review group shared folder.

The creation of the repository is only really needed to be checked at the creation of the group.

If the repo is already available no additional action is needed as multiple groups may use the same local repo as long as they are created directly underneath the same directory.
multiple groups under the same root directory is not supported yet and a repo per group might be created in the mean time
